Our latest basement renovation project showcases our commitment to transforming underutilized spaces into functional, modern living areas. The process began with careful demolition, paving the way for the installation of state-of-the-art piping, drainage, plumbing, and electrical systems.

We then framed and finished the space with new drywall, plaster, and a fresh coat of paint, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere. To ensure comfort and energy efficiency, we added foam insulation to the exterior walls before that and installed floor insulation to make the floor around 10 Celsius degree warmer. Sleek vinyl plank flooring was laid for a contemporary, durable finish.

The redesigned basement now features a dedicated laundry area equipped with a washer-dryer setup and a backwater valve for enhanced flood protection. Additional highlights include modern spotlights, a custom-built closet for ample storage, and a brand-new bathroom complete with a stylish standing shower.
